Orders & Shipping

Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery reaches most Indian addresses in 3–7 working days. Metro cities on express usually receive in 1–2 working days. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹300. Below that, standard shipping is ₹50–80 depending on your location and order weight. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship through Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post and FedEx. The courier is chosen based on which one serves your pin code best.

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also see it under My Account → Orders. If the link has not arrived within two days of your order, write to us and we will send it across.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within India only. If you are outside India and would like our powders, email us and we will let you know when international shipping opens.

Yes, if the parcel has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once it is with the courier we cannot redirect it.

Products & Ingredients

A khalbatta is a traditional iron mortar and pestle. Our powders are pounded in it rather than run through a commercial mill. Milling generates heat that dulls aroma and degrades nutrients. Pounding is slower, but the spice keeps its character.
None. Every jar contains one ingredient and nothing else. No anti-caking agent, no synthetic colour, no flavouring, no preservative. If beetroot powder looks deep red, that is the beetroot.
Each powder comes in 250g and 500g. The 500g jar works out cheaper per gram, so it is the better buy if the powder is something you use regularly.
Keep the jar closed, in a cool dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight and away from the steam of the stove. Use a dry spoon every time — moisture is what spoils a good powder.
Best within 12 months of the packing date, which is printed on the jar. They stay safe beyond that, but aroma fades, and aroma is rather the point.
No. Multani Mitti is for external use only — face packs, hair packs and similar. It is not a food product. Our other five powders are food grade.
Yes. Everything we make is entirely plant-derived, with no animal products used anywhere in sourcing or processing.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Seven days from delivery. To be eligible the jar must be unopened and the seal intact.
Opened jars cannot be returned, for food safety reasons. The one exception is if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged — in that case we cover the return and replace it at no cost to you.
Photograph the parcel and the jar and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we will not ask you to ship the damaged item back.
Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a couple of days beyond that to show it.
For a change of mind on an unopened jar within the return window, we offer store credit at 110% of what you paid. It is worth more than a cash refund if you plan to order again.

Payments & Billing

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and the usual wallets. Everything runs through a secure encrypted payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.
COD availability depends on your pin code. If it is offered for your address it will appear as an option at checkout.
Yes. The site runs on SSL and payments are handled by a certified gateway. Card and banking information goes straight to the gateway and never touches our servers.
Yes. Mewar Pure is GST registered under 08EZLPB8362J1ZW. A tax invoice is emailed with every order. If you need your business GSTIN on it, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
